Our culture journey has been incredible thus far, and we are now looking for a leader to head our culture and performance management. The leader must be outcome driven who shall be responsible for enhancing and maintaining an environment where people can perform at their very best by reinforcing and retaining Soliton’s values effectively. This role would be accountable to enhance the effectiveness of “freedom with responsibility” culture within the organization. 

This crucial role would also entail designing and enhancing the culture of high-performance teams for our people in a logical and data driven manner. Thus, this would be a highly hands-on role where the leader is expected to have regular interactions with all the stakeholder's company wide. Following are the responsibilities included (but not limited to) in this role – 

Performance Catalyst: 

  • Plan and Implement organization-wide initiatives and strategies to enhance Soliton's growth environment, maximize performance, and foster thought leadership. 

  • Design and implement performance management systems to align with organizational goals. 

  • Boost productivity by mentoring people wherever needed. 

  • Analyse performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.  

  • Accountable in driving and leading mid-year and annual appraisal processes across Soliton.  

  Culture Evangelist: 

  • Lead the development, implementation, and evolution of the company's culture strategy. 

  • Act as a dedicated ambassador of our organizational culture, ensuring that it is consistently communicated, embraced, and reflected in all aspects of the workplace. 

  • Partner with the leadership team and internal stakeholders to implement strategies to promote organizational citizenship and prevent cultural drift. 

  • Contribute to the development and deepening of Soliton’s culture. 

  • Be the single point of contact for the leadership for culture management. 

  • Facilitate cultural change initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals. 

  • Implement strategies to navigate and positively influence change dynamics within the company. 


  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in performance management and culture management.

  • MBA – HR is preferred but not mandatory. 

  • HRBP experience is strongly preferred in service/product industry. 

  • Hands-on for implementing various programs to boost the performance of people. 

  • Innovative thinker with the ability to drive cultural initiatives. 

  • Results-oriented and data-driven in assessing the impact of cultural programs. 

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.

  • Excellent design thinking skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, written & verbal communication skills.

Additional Details:

Bengaluru, with up to 20% travel to our Coimbatore location.
