This Policy covers the information SOLITON TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD (“Platform” and/or “We“/ “Us”/ “Our”) collects from the user(s), whether or not registered with (“Company Data/Information” including any successor Company Data/Information) and includes the Services – the term as defined in the Terms of Use.

This also applies to Solutions that link to or reference this Policy and describes the manner in which Soliton handles Personal Information and the choices available to you regarding collection, use, access, and how to update and correct your Personal Information. Additional information on our Personal Information practices may be provided in other document descriptions, supplemental privacy statements, or notices provided prior to or at the time of data collection.

Soliton Technologies and its subsidiaries (collectively “Soliton“, or “We” or “Us” or “Our”) are committed to protecting your privacy and providing you with a positive experience on our Company Data/Information and in using our products and services (“Solution” or “Solutions“).



“Personal Information” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.

“Processing” or “Processed” means any operation or set of operations which is performed on Personal Information or on sets of Personal Information, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.

“Users” or “You” shall mean users of our Services, Solutions and/or website(s).



Some of the data that we may collect is provided by you while you use Company Data/Information and Solutions. Such data collected may be in the nature of Personal Information. Soliton also collects name, contact number (optional), email id, organization, account details, work details, information on how you heard about us, messages through our website from different CTA’s (Call-To-Action) to understand prospects’ needs and potential. Soliton may also receive your personal information from business partners, authorized distributors and resellers if you purchase our Solutions through one of these partners.  This data may be combined with the other information Soliton collects from third parties  and might include aggregate level or specific data.

We collect personal information for a variety of reasons, such as:  

  • Processing your order or inquires. 
  • Sending marketing communications.
  • Creating an account. 
  • Enabling the use of certain features of our Solutions. 
  • Personalizing your experience. 
  • Providing customer service. 
  • To process any invoice, payment-related activities.

Your information or data will primarily be stored in electronic form however certain data can also be stored in physical form. We may store, collect, process and use your data in countries other than Republic of India but under full compliance with applicable laws. We may enter into agreement with third parties (in or outside of India) to store your information or data. These third parties may have their own security standards to safeguard your information or data and we will on commercial reasonable basis require from such third parties to adopt reasonable security standards to safeguard your information / data. 



We do not share your Personal Information with third parties except in accordance with this Policy. We may share Personal Information in the following ways:  

  • Within Soliton and any of our worldwide subsidiaries for purposes of data Processing or storage. 
  • With Soliton business partners or vendors, so that they may share information with you about their products or services.   
  • With business partners, service vendors, authorized third-party agents, or contractors to provide a requested Solution, service or transaction. Examples include, but are not limited to: processing of orders and credit card transactions, hosting Company Data/Information, hosting seminar registration, assisting with sales-related efforts or post-sales support, and providing customer support.
  • With business partners, authorized distributors and resellers when you request Solutions or inquire about the Solutions for the purpose of responding to your request for our Solutions in an efficient manner and facilitating the sale of our Solutions.
  • In response to a request for information by a competent authority if we believe disclosure is in accordance with, or is otherwise required by, any applicable law, regulation or legal process. 
  • With law enforcement officials, government authorities, or other third parties as necessary to comply with legal process or meet national security requirements; protect the rights, property, or safety of Soliton, its business partners, you, or others; or as otherwise required by applicable law. 
  • In aggregated, anonymized, and/or de-identified form which cannot reasonably be used to identify you. 
  • If we otherwise notify you and you consent to the sharing. 



(i) Soliton is committed to protecting the Personal Data the Users share with Us. We use industry-standard security measures, at the minimum those mandated under Information Technology Act, 2000 as amended and read with Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, to safeguard and protect your data and information. (ii) Unfortunately, the transmission of information over the Internet is not completely secure. Although we strive to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the security of your data while it is being transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we have industry-standard procedures and security features in place to reasonably endeavour to prevent unauthorized access. We recommend you take every precaution in protecting your Personal Information when they you on the Internet. For example, change passwords often, use a combination of letters and numbers when creating passwords, and make sure a secure browser is used. (iii) Retention of Personal InformationPersonal Data shall be Processed and stored for only as long as required to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. We will retain and use your Personal Information as necessary to comply with our business requirements, legal obligations, resolve disputes, protect our assets, and enforce our agreements. 

Soliton does not knowingly collect data from or about children under 16 without the permission of parent(s)/guardian(s). If we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a child under 16, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.



Soliton reserves the right to share your information to respond to duly authorized information requests of governmental authorities or where required by law. In the event of bankruptcy, merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, your information may be sold or transferred as part of that transaction. The promises in this Policy will apply to your information as transferred to the new entity. 

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation EU 2016/679) (GDPR),), if you are an individual protected by the GDPR you may have certain rights as a data subject. In the email please describe, with specificity, the GDPR right you are requesting assistance with. Please note additional information may be requested prior to initiation of a request and that Soliton reserves the right to charge a fee with respect to certain requests. Upon Soliton’s completion of its review, you will be notified if your request has been granted, denied, or exemptions apply. To request details of the information we hold about you, if you have provided us with your Personal Information, but decide at a later date that you no longer want to receive information from us, or if you wish to update us that your contact details have changed or change your preferences, please let us know.



We may use your information or data for various communications to you. You have full control regarding which of these communications you want to receive. If you decide at any time that you no longer wish to receive such communications from us, please follow the unsubscribe instructions provided in any of the communications. Please note that once we receive your request, it may take an additional period of time for your opt-out to become effective.
