These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other terms referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Soliton regarding use of the Site. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision shall not be deemed a waiver of that provision.
