About the conference

The IEEE International Test Conference (ITC) India is the country's premier gathering for electronic test, marking its 10th edition this year. To be held from 19 to 21 July 2026 at Radisson Blu, Marathahalli, Bengaluru, the conference will bring together researchers, engineers and technology leaders from organisations including Qualcomm, Google, Amazon, Marvell, Texas Instruments and Advantest to discuss advances in VLSI testing, design for test, silicon debug, reliability, hardware security and AI in testing.

Soliton's focus at ITC India

Soliton will take part alongside these global semiconductor leaders, continuing a presence we have built at ITC India over successive years.
