Soliton Universal Valve Test System is highly configurable Hydraulic / Pneumatic Valve Testing and Report Generation software. It addresses the needs of companies looking for flexible software that can be configured to test different types of valves easily.

  • PC version can be used where the cycle time is not critical. PC engine runs at 100ms cycle time and reduces overall hardware cost
  • PXI version runs at 1ms cycle suitable for testing time critical parameters of the Unit under test

1. Configure your software with minimal effort
The hydraulic circuit (in a form already used for test system design) can be imported from an existing bitmap or pdf file and ‘brought alive’ with data that is acquired from the field. This customization does not involve any programming and can be done with minimal effort.

2. Flexibility in Test Recipe Configuration.
The software is equipped with a large number of standard function blocks such as IO and Limit check, Wait for Stability etc. The function blocks can be mixed and matched to create a test recipe. Based on the customer’s needs newer blocks can be created and added to the list

3. 1ms Deterministic Loop Execution Time
Anticipating the needs for high accuracy and precise monitoring and measurement in the valve industry, the software has been designed with a loop time of 1ms. In other words, the software provides the capability to process data at the speed of 1000 Hz for 5o functional blocks on an average.

4. Multi-language support
The user interface is pre-configurable for multiple languages. Depending on the country in which it is deployed, the native language can be used for the display of messages or instructions.

5. Report Customization and Analysis Capabilities
The software provides the capability to generate customized reports, which can be tailored to the needs of the audience to which it is presented.
