Project Engineer – LabVIEW
Job Description
- Design and develop highly modular LabVIEW code that is easy to maintain and expand
- Interact with international customers to understand their requirements and design the solution along with a team or independently when required.
Desired Profile
- 1 to 2 years of programming experience in LabVIEW is required
- Excellent programming skill combined with good engineering aptitude is necessary
- Engineering degree – B.E./B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication (ECE) / Computer Science (CSC) / Electrical and Electrical (EEE) / Electronics and Instrumentation (E&I) / Information Technology (IT). Masters degree is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills
- Interest and capability to quickly learn new programming languages and new technologies relevant to the Test & Measurement automation domain.
- NI Certification (CLAD or CLD) is a plus.

Senior Project Engineer – LabVIEW
Job Description
- Design and develop highly modular LabVIEW code that is easy to maintain and develop further
- Interact with international customers to understand their requirements and design the solution independently.
- Guide (and train) one or more engineers during the project in software design, coding, testing, and documentation

- 2 to 4 years of programming experience in LabVIEW is required

Project Leader – LabVIEW
Job Description
- Interact with international customers to understand requirements and architect LabVIEW solutions in a scalable, reusable, and modular manner
- Plan and execute the project using a team of engineers
- Lead a team of 5 to 6 engineers through the entire life cycle of the project
- Take up the ownership to grow existing customer accounts for Soliton
- Participate in the recruitment and training to grow the project team
- Participate in pre-sales and business development activities like proof-of-concept development, feasibility studies, and presentations to customers
Desired Profile
- 4 or more years of experience in LabVIEW
- Experience in leading teams is preferred
- NI Certification – CLD or CLA is a plus

Diploma Engineer - Mechanical
Job Description
- Develop mechanical CAD designs for simple components
- Select and source mechanical components
- Manage vendors to fabricate prototypes
- Inspect and improve prototype components at the vendor location
- Assemble prototypes
- Product installation in customer location.
Desired Profile
- Education: Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile / Production Engineering
- Experience: 2+ years in CAD design, prototyping, and vendor management
- Proficient in Auto Desk Inventor, Auto CAD and basic exposure to Corel Draw
- Should be able to communicate in English and Kannada.

Electronic Systems / Hardware Design Engineer
Job Description
The selected engineer will have the following job functions:
- Block level system design
- Electronic component selection
- Schematic design
- Supervise PCB layout design
- Board bring up and debug
- Micro controller programming in Assembly and C
- Application level product testing
- DSP and FPGA Firmware development (If the candidate has the required skills)
Desired Profile
Candidates with the following profile may apply:
- B.E. / B.Tech. in ECE or other electronics branches
- 2+ years experience in board level hardware design
- 2+ years experience in micro controller programming using assembly and embedded C
- Working experience with PIC and AVR micro controllers
- Good experience with Cadence OrCAD tools
- Good understanding of electronic component selection process and package sizes
- Knowledge of design rules in PCB layout design
- Experience in supervising PCB layout design process
- Experience in coordinating PCB assembly
